Is this a real product?

Yes, it is real and we are really selling it. All product is genuine and officially licensed.

 

Can I trust you guys with my money?

Yes. All of our software, credit card processing, carts and checkout processes are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. 

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

 

Are there returns?

Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. We are not responsible for postage charges incurred when exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise. Please note, however, that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returned products must be received by us in the same condition you received them. To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact: orders@socialimprints.com to receive instructions for exchanging / returning an item. Be sure to include order number and contact name.

 

What about shipping and handling?

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout, and rates determined according to weight, destination, carrier, and service. 

 

How long will it take for me to receive the product?

Most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders within the US deliver within 2-7 days once shipped. International orders generally take 1-4 weeks to deliver. Expedited ship options are available at checkout.
